"We were originally put in a disabled and hearing impaired room, but upon request were moved to a better room. The hotel is not updated at all, carpet was dull and dirty, as well as elevators. "

The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom had a hole in it. I have never felt that unsafe in a hotel before. "
