"The room was very nice but I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle because they only have 1 shuttle every hour. The first shuttle in the morning starts at 6am, every hour on the hour. Because breakfast only starts at 6am, I missed breakfast. The location has shops across the street which was convenient. It was mostly a good expereince."

"Overall a fantastic experience! Loved that the lobby and Sky Lounge was on the top floor (12th) so had breakfast with a view every morning. My bf and I don’t speak Spanish but the staff did great with their limited English so our visit went smoothly. "

I used the link to write the hotel before my arrival that I needed two twin beds, but they never got my message from inside Hotels.com and attempted to charge me more, even though the price on that day dropped to $67usd from the almost 100 I made the reservation for. I slowly wore out the reception lady until she finally provided me a room with two beds for my friend and me. The shuttle to the airport is free and leaves at set times throughout the day roughly every half hour and the driver is very courteous and tells you exactly where the check-in for your airline is. "
