"not having check in staff was very uncomfortable as there is very poor cell service at hotel - took me over an hour to finally get a live person to hook me up to their wifi to complete online only check in. The room we had had King size platform beds with queen sized mattresses - with the platform sticking out about 8 inches past the mattress - at shin height where i scraped my shin several times during our stay. NOT HAPPY AT ALL"

"Rooms have truly terrible noise problems. Impossible to sleep. Had to change in the middle of the night first night. Second night wasn’t much better. Some amenities are ok but nothing special and the so called pool is kind of a joke. Restaurant is great but that’s sadly where the fun stops. We’d eat there any day but would never stay again."

"Great stay at the Circle. Incredibly convenient for visiting the town of Fairfield, the beach, and the nearby colleges. The only note is that breakfast is very limited in what’s offered."

"Great place, staff, clean environment full breakfast. Light sleepers will have issues if they happen to wake up at night due to noises from the highway behind the hotel. I will recommend thins place for travelers."

"Dirty carpets, breakfast area had dirty tables and chairs. Staff was helpful but not visible. The bathroom was ok but the walls were not cleaned properly. The whole area was very poor maintained."

"Amy & Kayla front staff are amazing they took great care of us & very accommodating also Ms Jackie housekeeper is phenomenal... I noticed some mishap in the room & brought it to their attention & it was promptly taken care of. The place is real nice everything ypu need is atound you."
