(Probably wrong room) I did call down to front desk and told person working. I was put on hold for almost 10 min and when he came back on line asked if he could help me. I told him again and his response was there is only one person in the room and put on hold again. I then hung up. Spoke with morning gentlemen about this and said response from evening person was not...

"Excellent food and service. However, couch in room was poorly designed and very uncomfortable. Comforter on the bed was too heavy for warmer weather unless A/C was on full blast. "

"Stayed here as part of a visit to Cornell. Located at the very bottom of the campus - it is a short climb up to campus. Dorm hotel is unique (in my opinion) and exactly as described. Rooms are very small, small bathroom. Just enough room for a bed and a desk. It was tight with two people but quite doable. Very clean. Perfect for a summer visit. I enjoyed and would definitely stay here again. "
