"Old bed springs, previous occupant’s trash on the floor, towels were yellow instead of white, lighting non-existent, room was horrible, old, dirty, stale and not worth a single penny, let alone $200 a night. Didn’t sleep a wink on the very old mattress springs."

"TV did not work so I asked to be moved to another room. It took four different remotes to get the TV to work in the second room. The room itself was adequate. The mattress sagged."

"Clean, comfortable and convenient. Would stay again."

"Kinda old tiles and wallpaper, but the view / patio was beautiful. So many stars at night"

"Absolutely delightful experience. Will definitely be staying again."

"George at the front desk was informative and funny ! Room was clean ! The best aspect is of course the view from the large deck/balcony you share with all the adjoining rooms. Each room has their own tall double Adirondack seats to enjoy the lovely view of Lake Seneca ( I hope I’m stating the correct lake I’m Not from round these parts! lol ) we did visit the area after everything had closed for the season mostly. All the boats were wrapped and lifted out of the water for the oncoming winter...

"The rooms are outdated but the property is nicely maintained and clean. We had a nice stay."

"Very nice room, updated and comfortable. No maid service but we did not mind this at all. Fresh towels were always available. Only spoke with staff on check in. Asked for breakfast recommendations and only received info for chains like Dunkin. We were hoping for local breakfast places. Found some by looking on-line. Pillows were very uncomfortable and sheet quality was poor. However, everything was very clean. Overall this was a fine room."

"This is an older property that covers the basics at a good price. We stayed for 3 days and our towels were changed out each day. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was offered in the office each morning. If you are okay with just the bare basics, this is a fine place to stay while visiting Ithica and the surrounding areas."

"Enjoyed the stay. Thank you!"
