"Hotel was cleaned but the property need major TLC. The staffs did the best they could to give guests the best experience but this place is not Hilton grade"

"I’m sure it was very nice a some point not to long ago, but has not been upkept. I stayed 2 nights over a period of a week in 2 room. One was cleaner than the other but still much worse than any hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. At least the beds were clean and clearly changed, but there was hair stuck to the bathroom walls, stains on doors, walls and mirror, carpet had clear debris so not routinely swept. One room had bare drywall patches from obvious past leak that were never smoothed/sanded and painted. Weird cheap cleaner odor throughout. Gym was dirty, breakfast room was dirty but the food seemed fine enough. Could be a good hotel if they had better or more hygiene and maintenance personnel. "

"The restaurant bar closed before the normal time. The gym was upgraded but very tiny. Staff was nice. I would book again. "

"There was a shuttle to and from Mohegan which was awesome. The breakfast was a nice touch. The staff were….interesting. Pleasant enough but belching and other unpleasant behaviors."

"I will say this review is skewed because I had a terrible experience with Jason at the front desk. Based on the experience of his rudeness and lack of professionalism, I will never go back. The outside can be improved, there were glass bottles standing up in the parking lot in spaces and just overall not kept. As you walk in the swinging door is broken and the lobby is small. We stayed on the second floor and there were no elevators. The room itself smelled clean and the bed was soft. However, the sheets were stained, the shower curtain was dirty, no toiletries were provided, and it was difficult to get the room with the fridge and microwave we paid extra for. Overall, I would never stay here again. "
