"The hotel was very clean, the amenities on site were great. There were lots of restaurants nearby along with a shopping mall, grocery stores. The hotel provided a direct shuttle to the airport and the city of Venice (old town). The staff were absolutely great and very helpful."

"The female staff in the mornings contined to take male guests ahead of me . Each time saying “ just let me finish with him “ Ignoring that i was first in line and should be teated equally . It was dismissive and unpolite . In this front desk clerks eyes i was insignificant and i did ask her what it was about me she felt it was ok to give me such lack of respect. She said i am sorry i didnt see you and it was only a lie. I was standing right in front and she looked directly at me"

"The AC in the room is a passive system where they run chilled water through the walls. The room was very warm according to American standards and the first night was uncomfortable to sleep. By the second day the temperature had cooled down. I understand that many hotels in Venice and the surrounding island don’t have Ac at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Murano. The Hotel overall was very nice."

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—yet our room remained quiet and peaceful. "We pick a room with the view of the canal. Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. There is a convenient restaurant in front with a romantic view for a dining in the quiet Canal. There is partner hotel 2 doors from the Arlecchino , and having the option of an American breakfast with eggs in the morning was great after traveling days and missing some eggs at breakfast..
