"Perfect location and amazing staff. They were always available to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also available to make any transportation arrangements for us. Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. "What a beautiful and quaint hotel! I stayed in the Junior Suite with a terrace on the top floor, and it was absolutely charming. The room had heritage home vibes, with rich chocolate-brown tiles in the bathroom and angled wooden ceiling beams that made it feel incredibly cozy. Breakfast each morning was lovely! "Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended."
