"The location is great and the room was clean enough, but the experience goes downhill from there. The interior and exterior walls are extremely thin. I could hear the neighbor's TV perfectly and traffic noise kept me up all night. The oddest thing, though, is lack of a thermostat in the rooms. There isn't a phone either. After searching high and low to adjust the temperature, I had to look up the motel phone number and call it directly to ask about changing temperature. My calls went to...

"Hair in tub, on bathroom floor upon walking in, tissue in bath area trash can. There was no remote for the TV, took the long route shown to me and my 2 family members on walkers back to get one. It only worked to turn on TV, no channel change or volume control. Called office repeatedly for further assistance, no answer. No microwave, no refrigerator, those are mentioned on registration so we were disappointed but desperate enough to try. No breakfast but free coffee in the A.M., it was out but...

"The staff when we complained of a high pitched buzzing in the room blamed it on the laundry machines, it went on during most of the night for 4 nights, effectively ignoring our issue. This isnt even including when we arrived were in the midst of renting a room out by the hour. To cap it off there were 3 police officers dealing with a man outside our door at 3am the first night."
