"Nice location. Staff was kind but property was not good"

"The first room had not been cleaned, the bed had been slept in, the bedside table had something on it, and there was something slimy on the floor. Also, you could smell the pool from the hallway, not chlorine, it smelled strong like mildew. We got a different room. For one night it was, what it was, but I’ll never stay there again."

"Staff were great! We had a couple of minor problems but they were very quick to correct the issues! The Korean restaurant was very good too. "

"When I got to my room, all it had were 3 large towels and a shower mat in the bathroom. No wash cloths, and no hand towels. I had to go down to the front desk and get them, Then there were no wash cloths. In the morning, I needed to water pick my teeth and there was no electricity going to the plugs in the bathroom. I had to floss my teeth over the ice bucket. This was very uncomfortable and unsanitary if you ask me. The front desk had it fixed by the time I returned, but the maintenance...

"Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond)."

"We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job."

"Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly."

"King suite - accessible room. Had a Murphy bed that was a queen size and not a normal king bed as stated and reserved. Room layout was really good and roomy with a nice mini-bar area. Bathroom has some maintenance issues. Shower had some mold on the caulking by the base. Walls had holes in it from trying to hang hand rail by toilet and the toilet is not an ADA high toilet. It was so low it was hard to sit and stand. The wallpaper is peeling off walls in breakfast and dining area. ...

"shower could have been cleaner. Tea options were Lipton only and water was not hot to brew it either. Very Friendly staff and overall a good stay"
