"Great staff and amenities! This hotel is obviously older, but is still very beautiful despite it's age. My room was fine, but seemed like it hadn't been used in a while..? There were cobwebs on the window blinds, and the toilet chain needed to be adjusted to be able to flush the toilet properly. Overall I had a nice stay that was made better by the breakfast in the morning, which was phenomenal! The staff were all very helpful and eager to help."

"breakfast was decent. It seems they are doing remodeling. We had a room in the back so we went to the back parking lot, it was dark, garbage all over in the grass area. There was a man siting by the building on the ground, homeless? I was getting my suitcase out and he was yelling and screaming out me about I don’t know what. He scared me to say the least. We did move our car back to the front of thebuilding, but felt unsafe all night. The beds were made really wierd, hard to get in them with how they short sheeted the bed, and the fan on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the heater were too loud to run. As I said, I can see they’re trying to make some improvements so I’ll give them a 4 for that!"

"We made a last minute reservation to the hotel due to the weather emergency in our area. The staff was very nice at check in. The room appeared very clean and nicely decorated. However after getting settled in we noticed the toilet had a noisy leak. There was. some black mold in the shower and the air conditioner rattled. The people in the room next to us were loud and obnoxious. We left after 4 hours as there was a further emergency at our home. When we checked out the staff appeared very distracted or tired. It was not our best night."

"We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety.
Due to a storm the night before our stay, power was out and staff was working to find other accomodations, but luckily they had one unit with power that we could stay in. The staff worked hard to meet our requests and we were notified by text once power to the entire facility was up and running. The offer of a free drink in the bar was a nice surprise, although we were not able to take advantage due to a wedding we were at for the evening."

"The pool was closed and my key wouldn’t unlock the exercise room even after I asked the front desk for help. The breakfast was good but on Saturday they ran out of food early. The hotel was clean but dated. I wouldn’t book this hotel again unless we didn’t have other options."

"Location is convenient. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast room is tiny and eggs and coffee ran out without being replaced, despite being the middle of breakfast hours."

"Breakfast was good. Property was in great shape as Embassy is expected to be. Had trouble with the Louie at the front desk. Rude, not accomodating. Shaking his head before I finish explaining myself. He used the term, I've been in this business for a longer time...
Other than that, it was un a great location, too bad Louie ruined it. "
