"The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly)."

"I did not like this hotel. It was so dirty no towels. It was a couple towels. It was really dirty. There was no heat that was not working. Just spawn AC. The light says dirty had gum, light switch, and stuff and not recommend this."

The shower had no hot water at all, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a Holiday Inn Express."
