"The property was quiet and well maintained. Check-in was easy with the self-service method, and I really liked the workspace area, which provided a coffee machine and lots of space for socializing or working. The surrounding area isn't the most appealing in the evening, but I didn't have any safety concerns. But the location is very convenient for tourist sites in Rotterdam."

Most things, including unlocking doors can be done on my cell phone. The staff are very good at teaching me how to be proficient at getting around,

"A single person should not use this property. It would be impossible to hold open a heavy door to access three steps before getting to the elevator. Slow elevator. As a senior, I walked up the four flights faster. There is no air conditioning, window could not open; mechanism broken. No glasses in bathroom, no garbage can, no towel bar, no light above sink, no soap with sink, no shampoo, body lotion, no shelf to hold toiletries, no fan. In the room there is no luggage rack, no hangers for...

"The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in."
