"Property is always clean and while the Motel itself has been there for awhile, the rooms are updated and are comparable to a Holiday INN"

"The room was good for the price. Location is convenient to the Harrah’s Convention Center. The continental breakfast consisted of waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, danishes, juices, tea, and coffee. I learned that no food, wrapped or unwrapped, should be left on the desk because ants have a powerful sense (e.g., even after putting my leftover salad in the fridge, they kept appearing, searching for their meal). I did make the desk clerk aware and suggested extermination for that room."

"The breakfast was very small, more of a continental breakfast but smaller even. We had trouble getting a handicapped room, which my husband needs for the higher stool and a bath chair. They moved us to one after two days though, so it's better. I would suggest if you need a taller stool, to bring your own riser, as they don't have one. "

"The front desk clerk was very friendly and informative at check in. Our room was clean. We did not have breakfast there but I did see your basic continental menu. We came in for graduation at WCU. It’s a short drive to the campus. There is a Food Lion beside the hotel. Fast food options close by also. Near the casino also. I would stay again when in the area. "

"I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub."

After calling the phone number that was posted on the window several times (with no answer) we decided to ask the employees next door if they knew if anyone was working at the Days Inn lobby and we found the Hotel lobby staff at the smoke shop next door. "Ac worked good. Clean room. Staff unbelievable the lady that works the breakfast area never stopped. Not down town but easily walkable. Highly recommendable and where I’ll be staying when I go back to area. "
