"The Radisson's location is wonderful for exploring the Gaffer District as it is in easy walking distance from its location. The Corning Museum is much more of a hike from the hotel than we could attempt so we went there by car but were able to stroll easily to the Rockwell museum. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our concerns. We stayed there for 2 days and 3 nights. The restaurant had very good food, great staff and a bar available as well. It was easy for my husband to get around the property as he relies on a mobility scooter (though elevators were a challenge for him as space was tight once he backed in as the door just was able to close). As other reviewers have noted, the hotel is in need of updating. In our room we noted loose outlets that needed to be replaced as they could not maintain a connection when in use and non functioning charging ports and a noisy air conditioning unit. Maid service was daily (change of towels and removing trash only), linens would be changed on your third day of stay. One day we did not receive any maid service and the front desk kindly set us up with what we needed immediately. We used the heated pool once. It did need a vacuuming. When we returned to our room for a post swim shower there was no hot water. Staff was aware and it was repaired quickly. We also noticed a mop bucket with dirty water in it outside the entrance to the pool area and it was still there at the end of the day."

"Much thanks to the staff for being so helpful and knowledgable about the area. In the office there are ample brochures of nearby attractions and locations, as well as detailed restaurant lists.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The property is cozy and well-kept. A table and a couple
of chairs outside of each room. We would stay again!"
"Fair for the price. The outside looks outdated, the inside was ok. The only issue was the toilet. You guys need to keep a closer eye, the toilet had several dark moldy area around the border, not a good presentation for a business, people will notice it. Other than that, it was fair for the price"
