"The view was amazing. The room was clean however it had an unpleasant smell. I would stay here again for the view alone, but I would bring air freshners. The bed was comfortable, the walls where thin, which was fine if you and your neighbors are respectful."

"We enjoyed our stay due to it being clean, accommodating our late evening arrival, the view from our room, a pet-friendly room and easy access to walking our dog outside. The breakfast was good for us, but not what we initially expected. You choose items the night before that are cold breakfast items like hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc and the staff has it all waiting in the lobby in a bag. It's easy to take to your room, but there is dining space to eat in as well. My only complaint was...

"You check in on line so there is no staff interaction. the room was clean, neat and cozy. The shower is small. You can hear someone walking around above because the floor creaks and the walls and floors are old and not insulated very well. Parking is available and the harbor shops and restaurants are close and within walking distance."

"I was lucky to get the same room as before. It’s decorated like a guest room at someone’s house and feels cozy! The shower is lovely, though the faucet takes a little thought to understand, it’s a great shower as motels go! Lots of nice little touches in the room (q-tips!), and you shouldn’t skip the coffee, the local brand Rayjen roasts locally, you can sometimes pick up some beans while they’re warm! It’s pretty clear that b.side is my go-to place when I visit, but if it’s all booked up next...

"We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again."

"Door wouldn't shut had to put coffee bag in it keep it from rattling. Used staw s under both beds dusty and dirty. Did tell desk clerk when I checked out really poor breakfast . Would not stay there again."
