"Great base for university quarter, botanic gardens and Ulster Museum visit. Free parking zone. Room smaller than expected but perfectly adequate for one night (room 2). Comfy enough bed and modernised facility. Taps loose in bathroom. Polite, considerate neighbours a must due to layout. "

"The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch."

"The hotel was in university district. Liked the closeness to everything. Wifi was glitching and at one point stopped working when we needed it most. Not the fault of hotel. But only part that was annoying. "

Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "
