"Amazing stay. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Really really lovely staff members, everyone we encountered had time to stop and chat to us. Check in was really easy and smooth, we had left our bags earlier in the day which had already been taken up to our room for us, which is a lovely touch. "Staff were lovely and super helpful. Room is stylish with original parquet flooring; little kitchenette is perfect for making your own food if you don't want to go out. Room was spotless and the location is excellent. I genuinely could not fault it. I even loved the stairwell ;) . One small improvement would be the wifi, which wasn't the best and may need a booster but certainly not enough to reduce the rating. I am a Belfast local and have lived in the city for 30 years. I am away on business...
