A clean, basic serviced room in a central convenient location. You get clean towels but there is no opportunity to make yourself a hot drink. This a a 'Hotel' without a reception or a person to greet you on arrival. if you have any questions it is all handled remotely and none of our phones could access their Mews Digital Key mobile app so our communications were restricted to mobile phone. Also be mindful the stair height is sometimes larger than standard.

Rooms a clean there’s is what u see on the pic. Very good location everything is just around the corner. No staff u book in online via a app little confusing at first but we figured it out so that’s fine.

Super cute place, wish there was an elevator but it’s close by everything and very private. My room had a sink in the shower area but other than that was super nice. Great view from the top floor as well!

The hotel was better than I expected based on past reviews. It was clean, comfortable and very central located. I know I was not going to a 5 star hotel so I was expecting as much. The only feedback for improvement is provide extra pillows. A lift could be a major plus and of course the carpets could use an update. Other than that a perfect stay.

Worst Property, There’s no elevator and had to bring suitcases from stairs and room was on 3rd floor plus there’s jot a single person available to look and resolve queiries, Auto checkin and auto checkout thats it 😐 Room size was good bit bed was very soft and bad which hurts my back. Triple room was clean and spacious. New towels and toilet roll provided every day. Only issue with the room was that the mini fridge didn’t work but we were rarely in the room so didn’t really need it. Couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms during our stay other than doors closing. Online check in and out was super quick and easy. Had no issues with room key via app. No elevator in the hotel so carrying luggage up stairs wasn’t ideal. Cleaning staff provided extra pillows when requested. Other than that one interaction, no other staff were seen during our visit. Couldn’t see where to store luggage even though this was advertised however, Copenhagen Central Station is a short walk away and lockers can be used for 90dkk or less per day. Hotel is a good base close to public transportation and attractions.

Loved the location, very central and easy to walk around with cafes and stores nearby. When we walked in the room smelled of cigarettes which took hours and leaving the window open in the middle of January to get the smell somewhat out. I tried contacting through the AeroGuest app but nobody ever responded to my messages and there was never anyone at reception to talk to about this. Apart from that the stay was great.

Our stay at this property was good, once we were in. The check-in process would deter us from staying here again. There is no front desk, so no one can check you in. The hotel is supposed to send out a code to get in the front doors, and then you can grab a key card and self-check in. However, we never received the code. We did have our cell phone activated with local SIM carrier, but unfortunately, there was no one for us to phone at the hotel. After trying for a few hours, we were able to contact someone at Expedia and the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. If we had arrived at our midnight flight and had to deal with this ordeal, we would not have stayed there! Now that we have been through the process, as international travelers, we will not stay there again!

The location of the hotel was perfect. However, nobody was at the reception and the check in/ check out have to be done by yoursef. It is necessary to download an app to do it before arrival. In our case, this was a weak point because we were considering leaving our luggage at the reception the last day but it was not possible. I tried to contact someone through the chat of the app but nobody answered. The bathroom was too small. And the last day we found our room open and with the lights turned on. It seems the cleaning service did not close properly the door. All our goods were inside but this situation should not occur.

It did the job, but could have been better. The location was quite good for my needs - probably the best thing about this hotel. There were no staff anywhere to be found for my entire stay. I knew there would be no lift at this hotel, but the stairs are very steep and narrow. The room itself was OK, but some of the snacks in the snack tray (kind of like a minibar) were a few months out of date. I can see how some people might assume the snacks and drinks are complimentary - they are NOT, but there is nothing in the room itself to inform you of the costs. The carpets were fraying a bit, the faux leather on the bed base was ripped in one spot and the bedsheet was not big enough for the size of the mattress. Despite this, I had a comfortable sleep. I was on the top floor, so it was pretty quiet, but there is a club right opposite the entrance and it was very noisy until about midnight from that. Lots of churches in the area, so be prepared for the bells to wake you at 8am. You need to register in an app to get your electronic "room key" and a 500DKK refundable deposit is taken. This hotel took the deposit on my card twice and have only refunded one! There is no one to contact about this and all emails and messages keep being ignored!

Our room was spacious – and light with 3 full windows – and squeaky clean, exactly as advertised. Location is near perfect; walking distance to metro, trains, busses, endless restaurants and bars, shopping ... all of central Copenhagen. Check-in was challenging in that the on-line process to register and have electronic keys activated never worked and the phone customer support was unavailable much of the time. However, even at midnight, they picked up immediately using the local number when we were at the door and unlocked the lobby door remotely, so we could pick up and activate keys in the lobby.

Okay stay at A Hotels City

The room was okay to the price, Just to bad that the tv did not work, also the main door to the room looked like it have been kicked in and not repaired the right way. I had 2 okay sleep over, fine comfy bed, okay bathroom, to bad that there was not an elevator when the room is on 4. floor.
