"We had a very difficult time with the WiFi. We would continually get kicked off. We couldn’t stay connected and had to repeatedly retype the password and MAYBE it would be accepted."

"Service non existent. Waited forever to check in. No info on where things were in the hotel and how we could access them. We are experienced travelers do we managed but this was a very big disappointment. Inexpensive but not even worth the low price. "

"Very pleasant traditional style hotel in an excellent location. The decor is a bit dated but everything is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and attentive. Our “junior suite” was pretty much an ordinary room, and the layout was a bit awkward — there was a narrow space between the bed and the entryway, and a poorly placed ottoman made it even worse. We got access to the lounge with our room, which was convenient, but its decor is rather tired. Overall a good choice for the price."

"Had to change rooms 3x first room they gave us we opened the door and there were people in there. Second room a/c wouldn’t shut off extremely cold. Third room was ok When we came back at night or anytime we constantly had to go back down and get key rekeyed. We asked for the soap dispenser to be replaced as we were outta soap. Nothing….. left a note again at front desk for soap nothing again when we came home that night. Called down again and they finally sent someone up to replace. Staff was...

"Da wir mit dem eigenen PKW angereist sind war die Parkplatzverwaltung äußerst unbefriedigend !! Obwohl das Hotel eigene Parkplätze bewirbt, aber die parkplatzverwaltung von einem Drittunternehmen durchgeführt wird. Selbst vier verschiedene Mitarbeiter hatten 4verschiedene Lösungen. Trotz der dafür vorgesehenen App konnte der bezahlvorgang nicht erfolgen. Wir bekamen ein „Ticket „, welches dann aus Kulanz vom Hotel übernommen wurde. Die Anbindung an das Zentrum durch die Metro war perfekt."
