"was a pleasant stay, decent location, cool concept"

"Great room, lovely space and amenities. Extremely clean and tidy. Loved that there was a kitchenette to cook as well. the location is very central for trains, bus rides and its so close to the airport. My only reservation is that the mattress cover could be a bit thicker and comfortable."

"Another stay for us 2 at AO Sydhavn Copenhagen. Still as good as we're used too :) Staff were friendly & helpful and check in fairly easy - not sure the new tap screen is any quicker than filling out a form though. Always have a good nights sleep and linen is clean & white. There were a lot of teenagers staying this time but it didn't interfere with our sleep as we didn't hear any noise to disturb us. "I loved the location. It was perfect for us. The price was a bit expensive."

"Sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück hervorragend. Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Nur Badezimmer könnte etwas besser sein….hat ein Krankenhausflair."

"Very clean, comfortable, helpful staff, Breakfast wonderful, although somewhat expensive. Highly recommend for a stay in Copenhagen."

"The property was okay but the staff were incredibly rude from front desk to the breakfast host. The check-in staff was nice though and the cleaning staff were very kind, the rest should not be working there and we will never stay there again even though we really liked the location. The host was so rude that we only had breakfast once and took our businesselsewhere, we stayed 5 days."

"Smooth checkin and checkout , clean room with a very nice canal view which I enjoyed so much! Property is very close to the canal , just few steps away, good restaurants nearby, and very friendly and helpful staff!"
