Das Check-in-System am Automaten funktionierte nicht – statt einer schnellen Abwicklung musste ich mich mühsam durch eine manuelle Dateneingabe via QR-Code kämpfen. Ein unnötiger Zeitfresser nach einer langen Anreise. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft bereits sichtbar unrein: Kofferablage und Tisch wiesen deutliche Flecken vom Vorgast auf. Nach Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde zwar an das Reinigungspersonal...

"We booked this Hotel specifically based on the Airport Shuttle. At check-in we were advised the Shuttle was out for repairs for a few days and that there was no shuttle, no alternative arrangements had been made and that the hotel would not be covering our taxi costs. This is not acceptable. We would have stayed elsewhere, and chose this whole solely for the shuttle."

"Gordijnen zijn niet verduisterend en de badkamer en de muren hadden een aantal vieze plekken. Het bed lag niet top en je kan echt je kont niet keren in de kamer. Het bed was opgedekt voor 1 persoon terwijl is doorgeven dat de kamer voor 2 personen was. Ook is er 0 opbergruimte voor je spullen. Airco deed het wel goed en de locatie van het hotel was goed."

"The rooms in the hotel don’t have air conditioning so the room we stayed in was on the top and it was warm in this hot weather. Staff was very helpful and the location is excellent; it is close to a market and Rosenborg and botanical garden. In the city people bike everywhere and uber is available as well."
