"TV not working properly so member of staff came up immediately and said it was loose cable. When he left TV stopped working again so he came back and moved me to room next door. TV worked for half an hour and then intermittently after that. My WhatsApp messages were then ignored. As a woman travelling alone and spending the evening in the room it was important for me to have a working TV. Very disappointed with the service provided. "
