"El hotel es cercano al aeropuerto . Muy útil si uno tiene que quedarse un día o pocos días en Miami. Nos fue de gran utilidad que tuvieran una suite para llegar con mi esposo y mis tres hijos. Es decir 5 personas. El desayuno muy completo y rico. La suite estaba grande y cómoda , al igual que el baño. La quinta cama era un sofá cama y si sugiero que lo limpien. Estaba muy sucio cuando mi hijo le puso las sábanas "

"Staff was terrible we arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready, we were told it was 10 minutes when we finally got our room it was 4. The rooms air did not work nor the TV. We called and they said they would send someone. No one came! At 8pm when we left the front desk said maintained man had already left. There was no way to get the soap out of the body wash in the shower nor conditioner. Over all I want a refund. We didn't sleep because the room was hot. We couldn't even watch tv when we got...

Our trip had to be canceled because an airline abruptly canceled all flights due to their bankruptcy situation, something completely outside of our control. We notified the hotel well over a week in advance, hoping they would show some understanding and flexibility. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to provide any refund or accommodation whatsoever.
