"Very clean"

"Room was very clean, breakfast was good, but smaller selection compared to other Hyatt hotels we have stayed at. Bathroom was outdated, and water pressure was lacking. But for the price would stay again "

"Old showers, bed pressures in the showers, bad water drainage. Would be nice to have the beach bar open past 10 pm, at least till 11. "

"It's probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed. There are no windows that you can open. You can't even pull the curtain aside because people walking in the hallway see you. It's like prison. The room smelled mold. The hotel smells marijuana and it's not allowed but I guess they don't care about it. The room was very dirty. The hotel needs a big renovation. There's water dripping from the upper floors when you're walking in the hallway. Housekeeping staff needs to be changed completely. They're doing a terrible job. Housekeeping manager also needs to be replaced with an experienced manager. This hotel obviously hires cheap labor. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Find a nicer and safer hotel. This hotel is in a bad area. There were fights during the night. I didn't feel safe or clean at all."
