Because we booked with Expedia we had to get a refund with them and our friend with the adjoining room paid cash and he was refunded his $ right away…. We however, kept having to call and eventually had to dispute the charge with our Credit card to get our refund…. Also. I believe the reviews we read about the motel were not true! "
