"Property needs update. One elevator was down. At night there was a private function and service carts kept being rolled in & out of the lobby and main entrance which was disruptive to guests in the lounge. We recommend the breakfast buffet. Bedding was comfortable. The quality of the bathroom amenity, products was poor. Towels were thin. Not what you expect from 4* property. Staff very pleasant. "

"A lovely stay in the Suite with a rooftop terrace. Perfect position to explore the old town; quiet but near to all the sights. Very efficient and almost silent air conditioning. A couple of small details which didn't affect our overall impression was that the Suite's entrance door sticks, and some of the internal door handles felt like they were on the verge of failing."

Allerdings ist das Appartement, welches für 6 Personen angeboten und gebucht wurde, definitiv für 6 Personen deutlich zu klein! Im Essbereich haben gerade Mal 3 Leute Platz - es waren auch nur 3 Stühle vorhanden. Demnach ist das Appartement für max. 4 Personen geeignet. Auch die Klimaanlage konnte nur heizen und nicht kühlen. "The room is relatively spacious, and the pool view is very nice. The two windows make the space feel bright and relaxing. Overall, it is quite clean, although I did notice a small ant on the bed when packing up. The hot tub is easy to use and heats up quickly. The toilet area and elevator are a bit on the smaller side. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful with luggage, directions, and taxis. There was one interaction regarding check-out time that could have been more welcoming."

"Enclosed behind doors that look like a cabinet is a tiny kitchenette. It has a small fridge, a small sink, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, a Small Nespresso machine and a small electric kettle. It has dishes, glasses, cutlery, and a small pot and frying pan. I suppose you could do some simple and small-scale cooking there, but there isn’t a table and chairs in the room for dining.
