We booked a room with a kitchenette, which included a washing machine. Both were appreciated since we are on the road for over a month. The hotel contacted us to ensure we knew where to park, and also have us info on how to access the building and our room because we were arriving after operating hours. All went according to plan, access codes worked like a charm.

Small boutique hotel with gorgeous courtyard. Check in allowed only at certain times. Front staff does not speak english. Parking a bit challenging but doable. A 20 min walk will get you to the Mezquita-Cathedral. Overall very nice hotel.

The place has a nice patio and upper deck. We did not have any room service on Sunday so we had to use old towels that we dropped on the floor. We wish we learned Spanish; in Cordoba we could not even call taxi by phone. Operators did not speak English.

We were very happy with our stay. It was a very good value. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our apartment didn't work the first night so they moved us to a different apartment for the second night and that was much better. Both rooms were very spacious and clean and comfortable. The location is a little off the beaten path and about 0.75 mile walk to the main tourist parts of town but it was a very manageable and safe walk and a great way to get to see the city. Overall we were happy. If the air conditioner had been functioning, we would give it 5 stars.

The place is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, all services except for a dryer. The 2nd room was a bit too small it had 2 tween beds. The best solution for this kind of space is bunk beds. The beauty of the place makes you forget about this things.

La atención muy biena, se comunicaron varias veces antes de llegar , me explicaron y orientaron desde la mejor manera todo, el señor de la recepción muy buena gente y atento , la habitación que me dieron muy buena y cómoda , era como un apartamentico muy completo y cómodo , la ubicación lo buena , tenía que caminar 10 min para cógele un bus de 5 min a la alambra y para llegar a la catedral me tomo 25 min caminando

"La Posada de Pilar" es un sitio muy bueno para alojarse en Córdoba. Lo mejor es la ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, a 20 minutos andando de la Mezquita-Catedral, que se hacen muy amenos debido al encanto de las calles de esta ciudad. Lo peor son los colchones, muy blandos. Para una noche está bien, pero para más sería recomendable alguno más firme. Aunque, vuelvo a recalcar que el sitio está muy bien: buen precio, ubicación, es precioso, el personal muy amable y es muy silencioso.

Beautiful property and amazing staff
Was an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and 15 minutes walk from the centre of the city but with lots of bars and restaurants very close by. The staff were all amazing and really helped when our baby was ill for a few days. We are already planning another stay in the future.

The Hotel Manager/Owner was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. Had a washing machine in the suite so being able to wash clothes in the suite was great! They also provided a drying rack and soap for the washer. Parking was close to the hotel. One of our favorite on our trip in Spain.

About a 20min walk from the center of action- maybe we were slower because it was 107oF (42oC). Beautiful courtyard and veranda (which we didn’t sit in because it was just too hot). Had a space for parking which was very helpful- it’s down a side street next to the hotel which you wouldn’t think would fit a car- but it does😊). 2 bedrooms (one obviously smaller than the other), and the pullout was set up for our family of 4. Everyone had their own space for sleeping. We arrived very late in Cordoba after reception was closed- but they communicated well via email regarding the keyless codes to enter the Posada, the garage, and our room. Didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry as we were there only one night- but they were options.
