"The hotel and room itself were clean. However, it does not seem to be a safe area. I got out of my car and let my dogs sniff around. A car drove up to me and solicited me drugs. Then I walked the dogs across the street to a field, which was nice. But the gas station also seemed to have a solicitation concern. So o told the dogs thy couldn’t go out after dark and we just shut ourselves in the room and triple locked the door for the night!!"
"This was an overnight stop on a road trip. The hotel is in pretty good shape. The breakfast was good. We didn't use the pool or gym, but they looked nice, and there is a small conference room for business meetings.
It may have been our room location, but it was quite noisy. The a/c was loud, the ice machine was loud, the bathroom fan was loud."
"Title: Completely Unacceptable Stay – Avoid at All Costs
Disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe this experience.
I arrived at 5:00 PM — a full two hours after the stated 3:00 PM check-in time — only to be told my room wasn’t ready and to “give them 20 minutes.” After driving 11 hours, that’s not just inconvenient, it’s unacceptable.
Trying to make the best of it, I went to check out the pool — a mistake. The water looked like something out of a disaster zone: green, murky, and frankly unsafe. Completely unusable.
When I returned, the front desk was nowhere to be found. No staff, no presence, nothing.
Then came the elevator — loud, unsettling, and sounding like it belonged in a horror movie. Not exactly reassuring when you’re already questioning the condition of the property.
The room itself? Exactly what you’d expect at this point: bare minimum, poorly maintained, and not remotely welcoming. The TV was so complicated and dysfunctional I gave up trying to use it entirely.
Bottom line: I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel was full. The only explanation is that people don’t know better and fall into the trap.
This was not just disappointing — it was a failure across the board: operations, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience.
I would not stay here again under any circumstances."
"I have been staying at this establishment for a couple of years now. Over the last year I have been seeing a decline in the building structure itself. Which is a huge concern and disappointment. During this visit the entire wall that the beds were on had no electricity. I did call the front desk to inform them of this issue. She did offer to switch rooms for us. But truthfully this should not have been an issue. They should have known about the issue and not put someone in the room to begin with. I declined switching as I was already in the bed when it was noticed. After a long day of driving I had no interest in hauling my things to another room. I mentioned the electricity issue when checking out. The morning shift was not informed of this problem at the switch of sfifts. Disappointed in the service staff.
The day we left there was a walker left in the parking lot. I called to inform the front desk. We loaded our things and no one came out to get the walker. I had my husband take the walker inside as I am sure someone will eventually come back for it. And it being left unattended, someone may have picked it up. Again disappointed in the front desk service."
