"This rating is for a small quiet family run hotel not an international resort. There is a definite Jamaican themed at the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The food in restaurant and I’d Jamaican themed but does not vary. Staff are friendly approachable and helpful. Entertainment is quite limited. I would not plan to stay longer than three or four days to avoid repetition "

"Hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. Everyone was super friendly. I was confused by why I was not on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort? I was also confused how I signed up for a timeshare presentation? They usually send offers in the email/mail that offer free stays if you listen to the presentation. We were checking in and just trying to be agreeable and polite but I did not want to spend any part of my vacation listening to a timeshare unless there was a free stay involved. All we got was a discount on a massage. The spa and massage was great too! "

"Staff was wonderful! Esp. Amanda at the back bar. She was super helpful, friendly, and always went out of her way to make sure any issue I had was taken care of. The rooms were clean, amenities were very nice even as they were still getting a little work done after the hurricane. "
