"The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ...

"Stayed for 7 nights & had a pleasant experience overall. Beautiful views, tidy grounds, ample parking, good location for nightlife, quiet & relaxed ambience. I have no preference among front desk, waiters, housekeeping, and maintenance. They all did their job well and were very professional. Breakfast was good too. I do wish it were hotter but that’s personal preference. There was an issue with my room that I did have to complain about 3 times & it was resolved upon the 3rd complaint. I think...

"Sehr sauber, sehr schöner Garten. Freundlich. Essen super - sehr guter Kaffee. Angenehme Umgebung - man wird auf der Strasse in Ruhe gelassen. Angemehme, friedliche Menschen, fühlten uns sicher und wohl. Auch ein paar einheimische Restaurants in der Nähe. Familiäre Stimmung im Jakes. Wenn es sehr windig ist, kann man leider nicht im Meer schwimmen da dann das Wasser zu "wild" und somit gefährlich ist. Aber der Pool ist super, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
