"Apart from a bed which creaked whenever I changed position, and the sink never holding water for long (which last problem I've had in 4* hotels), I have no complaints. The staff were fanastic - great local knowledge, friendly and helpful. Only NASA could get a 10/10 from me; if they ever start running hotels, they should consider hiring the staff here to train theirs. Would I consider staying here again? Absolutely!"

"Trying to find the hotel can be a bit of a problem going around the one way system. We suddenly came across it by driving into the back of the property. We used it on our way to France from Spain. Very large shopping centre within five minutes walk with a large Carrefour and Mercadona."

"The lobby guy at night when we arrived was amazing!!! But the girl with blond long hair was terrible rude and said that she was mad with the night shift guy for something, I told her that it wasn’t my fault she was mad but she was still going on with her anger, feel sorry for the hotel having that tipe of person in the lobby, no manners or customer service"

"Arrivée reçu par personnel très courtois, chambre avec aucune insonorisation avec la chambre voisine, la direction nous a proposé une autre chambre. Manque d’intimité dans la chambre car le lavabo est face au lit !! Coté restaurant, très déçu …. dessert industriel bas de gamme et petit déjeuner à 15€ qui est vraiment ordinaire. Pour finir , un 4 étoiles est exagéré pour cet établissement….. nous éviterons à l’avenir "

"Endroit très propre, accueillant dès l’arrivée. Déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Personnel très à l’écoute, poli et disponible. Seule bémol est le manque d’une buanderie sur place, mais ceci ne lui enlève pas d’étoile! Ce qu’ils offrent comme services compense bien cet aspect. Idéal pour une famille, dans mon cas un bébé et un enfant. Parques à proximité. Restaurant à même l’hôtel offre une bonne nourriture."
