"We had to drive to a different location to check in. The room was not ready on time, so we had to leave and come back to get the keys. A weird part of the check in process was to go through 4 pages of itemized items to verify - and what made it even more bizarre, was that it was in French. They expected us to translate the 4 itemized pages and go through each item, and email it back to them. The WiFi information on the brochure was incorrect which resulted in another round trip to the management...

"We were very disappointed with the bungalow. The photos are misleading, only a few days before our arrival we were asked if we were interested in upgrading ( at a cost per day ) the bungalow as the one assigned to us was old style - obsolete and badly maintained . In addition to being small, the dishwasher was not working, the air conditioner was leaking water all night because of condensation. "Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand und entspricht grösstenteils den Fotos. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Jedoch war das Geschirr, Besteck und die Gläser sehr schmutzig. Auch sehr verstörend war, als nach einem kurzen Klopfen die Putzfrau in der Wohnung stand und ohne Kommentar im Putzraum was holen ging um wohl in der Wohnung neben dran was zu reinigen. Wir sassen draussen am Frühstück und waren recht perplex. Privatsphäre nicht gewährleistet. Wifi ist extrem langsam, Streaming kaum...
