"We were initially surprised at the size of the hotel and rather disappointed how far away our room was from reception and the lifts: However,chat changed as soon as we got to our room which was more like a suite! Exceptionally comfy bed as well. Once we found the shortcut stairways back to the pool area, all was fine. Very glad the hotel wasn't full otherwise the pretty good breakfast might have been more of a struggle. Definitely recommend popping over the road to the Mercado and have a lunch...

"The welcome was so lovely. We were shown to our room. Which was ready early, although when we got there, it actually wasn't ready, so they gave us a free drink in the bar. The room was huge and beautiful. This was a classic room., we asked to see a superior room, but the classic was nicer. The food, both at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The staff are all lovely. Can't wait to come back, it's beautiful."

"The hotel was lovely. A short uber ride to Tavira (less than 4 euros) although the hotel supplies a couple of shuttles per day to Tavira and Cabanas. The pool was fabulous with plenty of comfortable loungers in nice gardens. The restaurant was very nice with lovely views over the pool and a nice area to sit and have a drink. "Very unique property and location. The room was clean, quiet and well-equipped. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck, lagoon views, and walking the trails surrounding the property. Ideal spot for bicyclists or birdwatchers!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location,close to the motorway with fantastic views over the river and out to sea. Staff were helpful accepted an Amazon parcel delivery for our fellow travellers and quickly upgraded their rooms on request Rooms clean and tidy and kept so. Air conditioning ok and way to control.
