"Muy mal , por parte de la Recepción.. hasta cuatro veces tuve que indicar la Necesidad de una cama supletoria, lo hice cuando llegamos por la mañana , al mediodía ,por la tarde , NO atendieron mí petición…..… Tras todo el día a las 12:00 de la noche me ofrecen otra habitación diferente, Ni hemos podido dormir en horas, Dp las llaves tampoco abrían, un desastre la verdad, muchísima incompetencia. Creo que aún no están preparados para tanto volumen de trabajo."

"Booked 5 rooms for 6 nights couldn’t fault the rooms ,rooms spotless , bonus they changed the bedding and towels on after the 3rd night . On site supermarket , Restaurant and bar , all great prices , great pool The walk into town about 20mins the road not great , but we used BOLT cost €2.50 one way We loved it and would recommend "

"Super clean, giant bed, crisp sheets, soft pillow, good shower, nice little balcony, altogether a lovely stay. The restaurant offer superb breakfast. Will definitely use this hotel again. There's a supermarket next door which is handy too. Also it's close to town centre. Ten out of ten!"

"Wir warenaußerhalb der Saison dort. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist super schön. Der Weg zum Strand durch die Dünen hat uns gefallen. Am Strand waren noch keine Liegen und Schirme. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne sah so schrecklich aus, das ich erst einmal putzmittel besorgt habe. Allderdings waren es nur extreme Gebrauchsspuren. Was uns geärgert hat ist das die Webseite ein Restaurant verspricht und dieses und die Bar nicht geöffnet...

"Het personeel van Ozadi Tavira is uitzonderlijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk — op elk moment stonden ze klaar om te helpen. Het zwembad is mooi en een echte troef van het hotel. Het restaurant serveert lekkere gerechten, maar de akoestiek laat te wensen over. Door het lawaai vertoef je er niet zo lang als je zou willen. Een minpuntje in een verder zeer aangenaam verblijf."

A few days prior to our arrival we received a lovely message from the hotel asking if we had any special requirements, dietary requests, whether the visit was to celebrate a special occasion and if we needed help with getting to the hotel. We mentioned that we would be arriving earlier than the check in time and would like to drop off our bags if possible which the hotel said they could accommodate. What a pleasant surprise when we...

"Hotel needs major renovation- very old rooms! Uncomfortable beds, sparse pillows. Dinner buffet was poor in quality and taste. Breakfast was ok. Feels like a cheap package holiday resort. Tons of small children. Lots of screening and drama."
