"Washroom was clean. Room was mostly clean. Only thing was that dust collected super fast so I wonder if they vacuum. Location is right next to bus station. Views were beautiful "

"We were taken back by the beautiful and unique Italian suit with very tall ceilings, large windows on three sides, plenty of space to move around, and a view of Lake Como we had not seen expected. You could spend your stay in the suite and be happy. Ariana is very attentive and accommodated our dietary needs for breakfast. We had a nice stay."

"AWFUL!!! This was absolutely the worst property we stayed at on our 14 night Italy road trip. The staff gave us wrong information about parking. They unfairly charged us 46 Euro for parking in their garage when I parked my car outside in the free parking zone. After arguing my point I gave up. They accused me of lying. "Free breakfast was mainly bread and jam but free is free. Also free coffee. On top of a restaurant so expect noise until they close. Bit of a tough uphill walk back from waterfront but doable."

"Very friendly and attentive staff but that's about it. The mattress on our bed felt like it was just springs. We asked to move rooms for a better bed but were told all the beds are the same. The room itself was very tired looking and in need of updating and had an odd smell. The bathroom was clean but the shower frequently ran out of hot water and failed to drain fast enough so had to frequently turn off to stop from overflowing. "The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."

"Fantastic hotel right on the water near the ferry. Beautiful and quiet little harbor away from the busy road. Quiet and comfortable attic room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfasts may have been the best ever for an included meal. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend!👍"
