"When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch."

"I liked the area and staff was great for the stay. The breakfast could have been better only had scrambled eggs one day no omelettes at all. A little let down on that and no bacon. The room was nice but pullout couch was very bad not enough padding and felt bars in pullout for quest which was awful and paid extra for suite do let down on that. Staff was great but could not fix bed and wanted that extra tv for guest."

"The room was small and there was a permanent looking stain on the bathroom wall. Nothing fancy, but it felt safe and fairly clean, so good enough fora one night stay. The staff was friendly; breakfast was included and adequate."

"There appeared to be mold-like growth underneath the cushions of the sleeper sofa. The floors were dirty, and the room was generally unkempt. We were told that housekeeping would come to address our concerns. Later, my husband encountered a woman outside our room and asked if she was with housekeeping. She stated that she did not speak English. Shortly afterward, a front desk employee came to our room to check on the status of the cleaning because housekeeping had reported that they had checked...

"We tried to check in early. They told us it was going to be an additional $50. We agree to the terms and at the end they charge us $60 very disappointed. And top of that after our second night, our room was infested with cockroaches. It was pretty disgusting. This will be the last time we go to this hotel."

"The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better."
