When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. "

"Customer service by Alexis took a load off me when had an event @ the OMNI Star. Alexis was knowledgeable about the shuttle services offered by the hotel and she scheduled me right away. Matthew was a great driver and friendly. My room services provided during my staff were timely and provided the things we needed. Enjoyed my stay."

"Great location, central to lots of great shopping and dining. However 3 night stay and room was never touched! I was told housekeeping cleaned rooms only every other day which Expedia listing stated it was performed daily. But my room was not cleaned in 3 days. I was given clean towels on night 3 but had to walk down to lobby. Poor service. "

"I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel...

"For me personally, I won’t stay here again until the renovations are done. Staff was friendly, check in was as usual, my room was clean and smelled nice….but…1st floor completely closed, no breakfast (just basic grab n go), construction plastic and materials everywhere, construction noise during the day, and cell service/wifi was extremely sub par. Ive stayed at this location many times prior to the renovations and I loved it and when renovations first started it wasn’t that bad but—for me...

"Pool is under construction, ice machine was broken, light in bathroom flickers the entire time, shower curtain is torn and got water everywhere, several weak spots on the floor (2nd floor...yikes). Room was clean but outdated. Ac was cold when we got in but in. The middle of the night the room got very muggy. Breakfast was OK."

"This is the place to stay for a family! This was my first time staying at a Drury location and honestly if there is a Drury location in any town I visit....I will not stay anywhere else but a Drury! The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool was nice indoors at one of the top floors with a hot tub that was very soothing and calming.
