Il faut monter 2 étages (qui en feraient 4 ou 5 dans un bâtiment récent), accueil peu agréable par le propriétaire qui voulait me refaire payer la note réglée il y a 1 mois), un escalier genre échelle pour accéder au lit, aucun rangement prévu et, le comble, la salle de bain n'est pas attenante. Il faut traverser le hall pour y accéder. Je ne parle pas des moisissures au dessus de la douche. "

The staff was sometimes friendly & welcoming & other times dismissive & not engaged or concerned with guest satisfaction & not proactive in their response. "Personalmente credo che come hotel 4 stelle non se le meriti sia per la camera molto scadente che mi è stata data che per il servizio,senza contare la colazione che era molto povera vista la località turistica. Sarebbe il caso per loro di aggiungere qualcosina alla colazione oppure di sostituire il surgelato, detto ciò la mia è solo una umile opinione e spero venga considerata costruttiva perche purtroppo gli albergatori in Italia stanno andando verso il declino per colpa di queste strutture...

"Situated on the country side. A beautiful view over the hills, fresh air and peaceful, very relaxing place. The roads to and from the farmhouse were amazing with the beautiful views, you can’t be in a rush. The room was nice and had everything we needed. We got help to book a table in the nearest village, Roccaverano. We were surprised there was such an excellent restaurant in the little village! Osteria del Bramante. Next morning we had a good breakfast, 10 € per person."
