During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. "Pretty typical setup - small room (I had one with blocked out windows) but better size bathroom. Nothing particularly bad about it, but nothing exciting either. You wouldn't want to stay there it you want to spend any amount of time in your room (which I didn't). Hotel overall a bit more pretence than quality but that's fairly typical of these kind of 4+ star hotels. I had better experience in a 2-star hotel a few days prior. "

"We were on first fooor in room 103 and I heard some noise from cars that disturbed my sleep - so if you’re a light sleeper like me not ideal. Juliette balconies quite low so not ideal if you have young children from a safety perspective. Accommodation clean, modern and comfortable. Smart TV. Ideal for our one night stay. Short walk from Centro Alameda train station and to coach station. Near historic centre too."
