"awesome stay in San Jose! The aparthotel was spacious with an awesome deck! Good wi-fi, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It's about a 15 min walk from town. I did have a cold shower one day and the receptionist didn't follow-up."

"Unfortunately, we had a very small room and no window facing outside, only one facing the hallway. Because of that, we couldn’t sleep well since it was very noisy. The wall panel behind the bed was loose and moved when touched, and next to the bed there was a large hole in the wall where electrical outlets were apparently supposed to be."

"Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. "
