Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and big! My only two complaints is that the pullout couch was very noisy and when someone would move everyone heard because it was an open space. Reservei o hotel como 5 estrelas. Na hora do checkout não tinha ajudante pra retirar as malas do quarto. Lembrando que os quartos são bem distantes. O recepcionista informou que o ajudante só chegaria às 7:30 e não fez muito esforço para ajudar…

Internationales 4-Sterne-Niveau. Etwas anonym und ein grosser Kasten, aber sonst absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Gaia ist ruhig und entspannt. Zufuss nach Porto auch bei Regen problemlos machbar.
