"We had a room with a terrace and pool access. You could walk out onto the terrace joined to the room and from there walk out to the pool without having to go through the hotel. This is great, except the pool door did not lock on our terrace and the QR to the room did not work. So someone could literally have walked right into our room at any time from the pool. "There is a parking lot directly opposite the hotel, although it is a bit expensive. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The outdoor areas are beautiful, with several lovely swimming pools. However, it was already difficult to find a sun lounger by the pool in June. Many guests seemed to reserve loungers by leaving their towels on them. I spent the whole morning by the pool and noticed several loungers with towels that remained unoccupied the entire time. "Incredible location. Our room had a huge balcony facing the ocean and was nicely appointed. However, the hotel was not cheap, and there is no gym, pool hours are limited from 0900 - 2000 hrs (it was still light out at that time), you have to pay for coffee pods in the room (ridiculous), and the hotel lost wifi on a Saturday (during world cup) so TVs did not work and front desk staff said could not be fixed till week day. Cleaning staff very nice. There are several ocean front hotels to choose...
