"We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel’s location was ideal, situated right at the edge of the town and surrounded by nature, making it feel peaceful and secluded while still being close enough to shops etc. The hotel itself was very clean, and even when it was fully booked, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. The pool area was lovely and the hotel had nice entertainment in the evenings. What we especially liked was that it did not feel like a typical tourist hotel. It had a more traditional atmosphere, and it was nice to see many Spanish guests staying there as well, which made the experience feel more authentic.
The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. There was a good variety at breakfast and dinner, with something different offered each day,
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of a few small details that felt surprising for a 4-star hotel considering the price paid. For example, I found it strange that red berries at breakfast cost an additional €1.50, while champagne was included free of charge. The gym was nice and offered a good range of equipment, but it would have been even better with yoga mats and a rowing machine available. I also would have expected bathrobes to be provided as standard.
Overall though, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful and relaxing location."
