"A lovely venue in the countryside where we stayed for a music event. Very nice spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. Was just missing hangers in the wardrobe. Would have been nice to have EV charging available."

"I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. They do say that parking is charged somewhere but they hide it well! Reception area was nice. Shower was cold and heating rattle-y but...

"Room is fine and you pay for what you get, but they had no fans during the heatwave and my dinner at an extra cost was stone cold. This let it down."

"The room was dirty and the furniture was very worn and tatty. I checked in at 9 pm and the hotel was clearly pretty empty. Breakfast was very small and expensive. My son went golfing in the morning, but despite this very rude front desk staff member kicked me out of my room at 11am wanting to 50 GBP to stay another couple of hours. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom. If you are used to higher standards, avoid this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our night here for our anniversary. Room was bright, airy and clean and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. One thing we did notice is that it does require some maintenance on the outside. Our room was on the 1st floor, with a small balcony. Although the weather was fine, we were unable to sit out there as there was too much sitting rainwater, and from looking on the ground up, the balcony edges were worn and looking tired/ messy. "Nice hotel with free parking and spacious rooms. staff were friendly and helpful. the food was delicious and the afternoon tea was good and affordable... they have nice outdoor seating and it was a good base to explore the Cotswolds."
