"Upon arrival, the property looked nice at first, but that quickly changed after we settled in. There were things on our pillows and sheets, and when my friend lifted her pillow, there were mouse droppings. Throughout the night, our tent was overrun with mice. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt very unsanitary and unsafe. No guest should have to experience that. We tried multiple times to contact someone for help, but the phone was off. We called, texted, and left voicemails with no response. Later, we were told we should have reached out to be moved, but we did try and couldn’t get through to anyone. We requested a refund due to these conditions and were denied, which was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."
