"There were no rooms in st lake. I has to take a taxi to park city. Then planned a shuttle to the airport at 530am to the airport. But had to take a Uber back. This hotel advertising shuttles......... but not to the airport. Shuttle to thet other ski resorts, etc. Not the slcap. "

"After a very nice welcome by staff at check-in things started going downhill.
I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather.
We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak...

"The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired.
Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door.
Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad.
Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...

チェックイン時にもそのことを伝え、スタッフからは用意すると言われていましたが、外出の後部屋へ戻るとベッドは届いていませんでした。
何かの手違いかと思い電話で依頼すると、1度目は今向かっている、しばらく待てとのこと。
しかし、しばらく待っても全く来ないため再度連絡すると、エキストラベッドは追加できないと言われました。
であれば、チェックイン時に追加できないと言うべきですし、予約時に何度もメールのやり取りをしているので、その時に言うべきでは？
3名の宿泊でダブルベッド二台と非常に窮屈な状態で過ごしました？"

"Wish I could leave more pic's ck in & out staff was just fine only 1 elevator for the whole hotel in our room 3rd floor 2 screens were missing on 2 different windows, one of the drawers for clothes was dented/cracked windows was janky a/c unit dirty and possible had mold mosquitoes got in and were all on a good portion of the shower/tub and ceiling at the sink and ceiling shower 100% slippery carpet boarder has stains at night you hear the frwy as if windows are open, this was overpriced should...
