When we asked halfway through our stay to switch the sheets so my friend and could switch sleeping arrangements, manager fought it because "we don't clean until you've been here a week." Well,...

"Our first time booking a stay at Holiday Inn. We traveled 10 long hours by car and arrived in the late evening. We were shocked to find multiple hairs inside our bed sheets and noticed the office manager immediately. He moved us from our reserved king suite to a smaller 2 queen room. We were saddened to be moved to a smaller room, but were happy this room was much cleaner than the first room we were assigned. Breakfast was good and we made the best of our 2 night stay."
