"I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

"This stay wasn’t it. Although the property is clean and updated, guest services were almost nonexistent. There was no in-room service, the kitchen closed at 9, and I had to ask for my floor to be mopped. The staff were friendly for the most part, but everything just felt inconvenient. Not even a bottle of water in the room at check-in!"
