"I recently stayed at citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from 13–14 June. While the hotel was convenient for airport travel, I have been disappointed by the handling of a concern that I raised during my stay. Before checking out, I reported a missing personal item to the front desk and was advised that the matter would be looked into. I later followed up by telephone and was again informed that an investigation would be conducted. Since then, I have been waiting for some form of update...

"Our air conditioner was not working in the room. We mentioned it to the staff at reception. We asked for a fan at least. He said his colleague would bring it but no one brought it. There was carpeting in hallways & rooms they needed to get cleaned. The breakfast was good & we had a dinner there & it was good."

"Very slow check in. Very slow luggage delivery. Room service order cancelled after 1h for one room and never delivered for the other. I had to call again to get something. Very limited choices. Amazingly poor service."

However, there is very little to explore in the surrounding area besides a shopping mall where most items are overpriced. The room was very small, and the bathroom offered little privacy. There was no hair dryer available. We stayed for 12 days and were informed that housekeeping service was only provided every 5 days, which was disappointing for a longer stay.
