"They staff was amazing! I had to book another room coming from another hotel with the worst experience and the Hyatt Staff made sure we were taken care of from the start. They upgraded our room to make us feel more comfortable and even made a to-go breakfast bag for our girls. Which was very thoughtful since we had to leave before the breakfast area was opened. Will definitely stay there again. Thabk you again Hyatt for the amazing experience. "

"Great location, clean hotel and literally has a Starbucks in the lobby. Parking was a plus & felt safe parking there. Staff was not really around other than reception, so can’t rate. It felt like living in nice condos, very quiet where everyone keeps to themselves. Only issue was the restaurant. It really doesn’t have a menu. It could be because it’s been open a month, but even for a water order it took forever and there was no one else there. "

"I stay there for the first time last weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, spacious room, more toiletries than other hotels. Greeted with a complementary martini! Opening the door for me and bell hop service. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I will be back."

"Booked last minute and it was perfect! Staff were nice and welcoming. Free breakfast was a plus! I love the gym it was the 24 hrs fitness(they dont open 24hrs though) walking distance to a lot of place. We walk to apple, dr. Martins , luclac vietnamese kitchen. It was raining so we have to uber bag not bad at all. Will stay here again."
