"Outside area and lobby are great, service was also great. rest of property needs updating, the plumbing and bathrooms need a full overhaul. The reviews are correct it does smell old (probably carpeting). Location was great, if you don’t want to do the free shuttle to parks Uber only cost between 6 to 13 dollars per trip depending on park. For a 3.5 star hotel I don’t think you can get better."

"The hotel is good, the pool is heated, the area is very safe and they have a security guard walking around at night. The rooms are spacious enough, at least the one I had was very clean. I was able to check it by wiping it and it came out clean, this has not happened in other hotels I've been to. They don't have breakfast but there are restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again. And I will try to give me the same room every time I return. I recommend it."

"Check in was courteous. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The fan in our living room was broken, we let housekeeping know and maintenance was there to fix it in under 30 mins. They also adjusted our thermostat for us. It was a very relaxing and much needed mini vacation for us! I would gladly recommend this vacation resort and we will be staying again soon. "
