"The parking was good couldn't use more handicap ramps and some of the areas other than that everything was fine I would stay there again"

"The property itself is quite large with many areas so if you’re wanting an onsite pool make sure you ask for that. The rooms are ridiculous!!! I had a 2 bedroom suite. 1 room had 2 queens and the other had a king with a massive ensuite bathroom that had a large tub, walk in shower and separate toilet. There was a decent sized kitchen that had a washer dryer which we used daily. There was a massive dining and living area along with a screened in outdoor balcony. Honestly the space was unexpectedly amazing!! Shower pressure could be better but I find that to be typical with most hotels so I wasn’t bothered. Our building was right next to the largest pool that the had on site which was great!! I did request that pool area as we were there for a cheerleading competition and all athletes were going to try and stay there so we’d be together. It was nice that my daughter and her friend that was staying with us could come and go easily and I could stay in the room and relax or get meals ready while they were roaming around our area or at the pool with their friends. The staff were amazing! From guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, bar and restaurant… any interaction I had was wonderful. Just a note that many housekeeping and maintenance staff did not speak English or had limited English. It was fine for us and if I had a question we managed to get to the answer so please be patient as I’m sure it’s stressful for them to try and assist. 10/10 would recommend!"

"My family and I loved the way we were received and treated! The entire team was wonderful to us. We would like to give a special compliment to the receptionist (I don't remember her name) who greeted us upon arrival, because she was very friendly and welcoming; and also to the ladies who took care of breakfast: Alejandra and Ana, who were always very helpful and attentive to us. The whole team deserves praise! Thank you for everything!"

"The door to my room stuck a bit so everyone nearby could hear me open and shut it. The coffee machine had grinds where the water was supposed to go. The toaster had crumbs in it still. The microwave smelled like someone burned popcorn in it. But otherwise everything was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room served the purpose I needed it to."
